- If you are experiencing technical difficulties, and you have not already done so, please do take a moment to run through our standard troubleshooting steps (preferably on a staging or testing site).
- It is possible that the technical difficulty you are experiencing is being caused by a known issue: check out our list of high-priority bugs for more information.
- If you are reaching out on behalf of a client, or from an email address we might not recognize, please follow-up with a note of your license key and/or an email address that we will recognize.
