Accessing Support

Whether you are already a registered customer or are considering purchasing one of our plugins, we are here and available to assist with any questions.

We recommend you login before seeking help. For most customers, if you have successfully logged in to our parent site (theeventscalendar.com) then you should find you are automatically logged in here, too. If you find this doesn't work or if it's the first time you have used this support portal:

  • Try logging out of theeventscalendar.com then logging back in
  • If that doesn't work you may need to register on support.theeventscalendar.com first of all — to do this, follow the Register link found on the login page and be sure to use the same email address you used to purchase your license key

Not a customer yet? If you are curious about how our products work you can send us a pre-sales question without having to create an account. Simply visit our Help Desk homepage and use the Ask a Question button (not that this will not be visible for logged in users - if you are logged in you can simply send us a ticket via the Submit Ticket page instead).

Please also note that technical support is reserved for active license key holders only: if you are a free user and need technical support, we recommend you visit the appropriate community forum instead.

Having difficulties or need another way to reach us? Send us an email instead — we can be reached via support@theeventscalendar.com. If you require technical support you should use the same email address you used when purchasing or else include a note of your license key so we can identify you.
